The RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP™ Brushless High Torque Hammer Drill delivers impressive power and performance to drill into hard materials, including brick and concrete. It’s a great all-rounder for drilling holes and driving screws into timber, metal and plastic, too. What’s also impressive is the Hammer Drill’s compact and lightweight design. Weighing only 1.42kg (without a battery), it’s easier to operate overhead and in hard-to-reach spaces.

The Hammer Drill’s powerful brushless motor produces 110Nm of torque (twisting power) to drive screws into dense materials, including hardwood and MDF or drilling with larger auger and self-feed bits. It’s a big step up from the previous model’s maximum 85Nm of torque (RPD18X).

Switch to hammer mode to engage this tool’s high-speed hammer action, which produces a maximum 34,440ipm impact rate for drilling holes in hard materials. The auxiliary handle provides extra grip, stability and strength to guide this tool through tough applications, like drilling into brick.

Use the 2-speed gearbox to engage fast drilling for dense materials like hardwood and masonry or the slower speed for precision when driving screws.

The 24 clutch settings provide enhanced control over torque. Use these settings to avoid overstripping screws or driving them too far into materials.

A 13mm ratcheting chuck offers enhanced grip strength that prevents drill bits from shaking loose in demanding applications.

The on-board LED work light illuminates poorly-lit work areas to improve visibility.

The RYOBI 18V ONE+ HP™ Brushless Impact Driver is a powerhouse for driving long/large screws. It delivers higher torque (twisting power) and IPM (impacts per minute) compared to the previous model (RID18X). This Impact Driver is great for DIY projects where extra force is needed for driving screws into dense materials, such as metal, hardwood or thicker material, like sleepers.

The high performance brushless motor produces a maximum 320Nm of torque, 3,400rpm and an impact rate of 4,200ipm.

A variable speed trigger and 4 mode control panel with assist forward and assist reverse modes provide enhanced control and consistent results. Use mode 1 (max. 950rpm, 160Nm) for light screwdriving (small screws), mode 2 (max. 2,100rpm, 250nm) for medium-duty applications and mode 3 (max. 3,400rpm, 320Nm) for heavy-duty applications.

Auto-assist mode reduces the likelihood of overdriving/damaging screw heads. In auto-assist forward mode, the Impact Driver starts off by revving slowly before reaching a maximum 235Nm of torque. Auto-assist reverse mode starts off with 6 pulses before also reaching the same maximum torque level. This is a great feature for removing screws with damaged heads, which are usually impossible to extract.

The 6.35mm (¼”) quick release collet accepts any driving bit with a ¼” hex shank. It enables quick bit changes for different screw head types and materials you’re working on.

The onboard LED light illuminates poorly lit workspaces to improve visibility.
